Anyone else got into the beta ?

I really hoped it was gonna be a TF2 type Battlefield 1942.
Problem is ,it aint that good.
Character movement is awful.
To get in a game is confusing at best. costantly had me putting in usernames and passwords everytime it asks you to click play.
You have to remember 2 usernames and passwords. 1 to login to an EA account and a different one to login to the servers.

It's web based like the new Quake but it just isn't that good.
I know it's free and top marks for that but it doesn't do it for me.

I've had BFH since early beta and it has come a long way, i agree its no TF2 beater but its ok for free and something for casual gamers.

I agree there are issues with movement but also there are some nice ideas its great being on the winf of a plane takeing out hte other side biggrin.gif.

Im jsut waiting to see who is desperate to pay cash for new items rather than grinding the poitns out.

I am just waiting for EA to bring out a dvd payable version that has been enhanced to cash in on it.

Can you even grind the points? All the cool stuff seems to be bought with battlepoints not victory points.

I never realised how useful ingame coms are until its gone but with a few mates and organisation it could be a laugh. The maps are alright
