How do i get from Heathrow to Greenford on the underground?

According to my handy travel map in the back of my diary, i have to go from:

Heathrow to Acton Town, (Picadilly) get off and change train
Acton Town to Ealing Broadway, (District) get off again and change train
Ealing Broadway to North Acton (Central) , get off AGAIN and change train
Then i finally get to Greenford (Central) .

WTF @ London ranting.gif

I don't think West Ealing has a tube, which is why you won't see it in your diary.

If you're feeling aventurous, you could change at Acton Town and get the Picadilly Line to Sudbury Town, and get a bus.

Or get a bus direct from Heatrow to Greeford 1.20, looks like it takes about 1 hour.

for the sake of a few quid and at least an hours extra travel time I'd take a bus.

Greenford is no more than 15-20 mins away from heathrow... Just jump on a black cab it shouldn't cost you more than 20 max
or if you want I can give you the number for a local cab firm
