lol valves latest greatest idea, teh DWP,

now the Mac10 is projected to be priced at $- 1566

the glock is already in minus figures at $ -476

comedy. you cannot even buy the weapons that have dropped into minus figures which is a shame biggrin.gif

http://steampowered.com/stats/csmarket/

lol baah valve keep hacking the website to reset the minumum on that to $1 ... but the glock is still curently unpurchaseable and at -476

Yup it's really stupid, it's only in beta (your server has to be registered with valve to use it or something) at the moment and there is a server variable to turn it on or off when it is out of beta but at the moment it looks fucked.

Mac10's and TMP's for everyone on pistol round...

I guess in theory it's not that bad an idea, letting the game purchases decide what wepaon prices are but with games like CS only a few of the weapons are bought - desert eagle, mp5 (TMP in CSS isn't as bad as 1.6 and I choose it over mp5 sometimes), ak, m4, awp and maybe a usp if you're on T and you prefer it to deagle.

Their seriously going to have to rethink it now though...

the games getting old, let it die already.
Tried to play this again the other day 9/10 servers were running dust/dust 2 rotations *yawn* and still after all this time it was easy to wipe out the other team on your own with an awp, how dull.

Great in its time but totally lost interest now

I do still enjoy DoDS as I play with an active clan thats doing well on ED, however I do think they need to add some new maps or somthing as its losing its shine a little, still my fave multiplayer game atm

BF2 has completely taken me away from CS, never play it at all anymore. I never though it would be an EA game that would take me from my once beloved CS biggrin.gif BF2 really is the best online game (ever, dare I say...) imo, if you are with a good group of players (www.50klicks.com Their servers are the only ones I ever play on, simply the best biggrin.gif Unfortunately most of theirs have been switched to BF2142 since release but that is set to change...)

Dynamic Weapon Pricing...I really can't see many servers running this, or at least not permantly...

They have redone all the maths for it and reset it now, different weapons are now incrasing, but not so fast.

still a weak idea, prolly good for publics, awful for wars. But there is a comand to turn it off so all is well.

Still a lol on the steam forums tho

It's just I havn't played public for ages because it's just too easy and boring as you say. Unless you've got a group of people to play public with but I don't play with anyone who plays pub tongue.gif

This post gets updated quite often, usually some half decent pub servers on there if you're interested - http://www.enemydown.co.uk/forumreplies.php?id=76331

I think you should be able to do a bit of cheeky weapons dealing, and be able to carry more than 1 weapon (maybe only enable 1 tho).

That way you can flog weapons back to the guys that dropped them... or meet the enemy behind the crates for a quick bit of contra dealing... sell em an awp for a bit of cash and some intel/tw action...

totally agree - new maps now ! (Jagd wasn't exactly a brilliant map, but the gameplay was slightly different)
