Wintermute was the best mod/admin on this board. Sensible, funny, intelligent, handsome probably. He disappeared before I did I think.

You're right in some senses, but he didn't do shit when the real shit went down. In hindsight that might have been the best course of action. But there were times when it seemed a firmer course of action was needed.

He also never stood up for any ownership of the forums, which should have happened about 6 years ago if it had a chance to be something bigger. He could have led, or joined, a group action to take over from Pzy - instead Pzy ran it into the ground without doing fucking anything and then it passed over to Dev, and by that time it was far too late. He could have, I suppose, but wasn't arsed. Or able. Or maybe other shit I dont know about.

Nice chap though.

Pzy would have to have relinquish a site generating a lot of traffic. To this day, he still handles the domain itself so he hasn't really handed it over to Dev at all. Pzy isn't the kind of person to hand over ownership of a domain due to a bunch of whiny gamers, I can tell you that much :P

Dev really did nothing either.

No shit really went down here. Ever.

Good grief, couldn't find any Minbari nudes today? You seem tense!

IMO without gaming clan formums to give people a reason to come visit the number of postings has been slowly dwindling. . The last one I created was the OGame forum and that did result in a few new members if I remember right.

And the reason it's me who's admin btw is simple. I saw Pzy wasn't taking much of an interest and asked if he wanted me to look after things. That's it. I never got the feeling he cared a fig for how much traffic it generated or benefitted personally in any obvious way.
